The names of three of the individuals arrested at the Richmound school have been revealed.
On Wednesday, September 3rd, 16 people were arrested at a decommissioned school in Richmound after they’d been living there for two years.
The group included Romana Didulo, the self-proclaimed Queen of Canada, as well as 72-year-old Lise Beauchamp, 37-year-old Melony Vanden Brink and 63-year-old Nancy Jancke, all from Richmound.
The women are each charged with one count of obstruction of a peace officer, and they are scheduled to appear in court in Leader on November 20.
Following the police investigation, RCMP reported that officers seized 13 imitation semi-automatic handguns, ammunition, as well as a large number of electronic devices from the site, which are now being examined by investigators. Also, all 16 arrested individuals were released from police custody, but a woman and a man from the group were rearrested. They were Ricky Manz, 61-years-old and 50-year-old Romana Didulo.
