On Friday Loon Lake RCMP responded to an attempted robbery with a firearm on Island Lake First Nation.
Police say a woman and man pointed a gun at a male victim; they did not fire the weapon but left in a pickup truck. No one was injured but police have issued warrants for the arrest of 31-year-old Frederick Derocher from Island Lake First Nation and 32-year-old Tamarah Dillon of Onion Lake First Nation.
They are both facing numerous weapons charges as well as one count each robbery with a firearm.
Frederick Derocher is described as approximately 5’10” and 165 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
Tamarah Dillon is described as approximately 5’5″ and 190 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
