An over-20-year partnership between Saskatchewan’s Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization and South Korea’s International Vaccine Institute was extended Monday.
The partnership focuses on post-pandemic global health. VIDO Director and CEO Dr. Volker Gerdts says, “By continuing this partnership, we strengthen our ability to respond quickly and collaboratively to emerging threats that impact us all.”
Director General of IVI Dr Jerome H. Kim agreed that the collaboration aims to propel progress toward safe, effective, and affordable vaccines worldwide.
