A 45-year-old Saskatoon woman is in the hospital after being stabbed early Tuesday morning. 

At 4:30 a.m., police were called to a home in the 200 block Vancouver Avenue North. Upon arrival, they found a woman suffering from stab wounds.   

 The suspect is known to the victim and was located nearby a short time later.   

A 21-year-old Saskatoon woman is now facing a charge of Aggravated Assault.
