A 19-year-old Regina man is being charged with Forcible Confinement and Manslaughter following a homicide investigation from this month.
At 8:00 p.m. on July 14, police responded to a call in the 3000 block of 4th Avenue, and when they arrived, they located a dead male.
Friday, 19-year-old Bradley Gardiner made his first appearance on this charge in Regina Provincial Court.
