Saskatoon Police arrested a 30-year-old man following a stabbing yesterday evening.
Just after 8:00 p.m. police were called to 20th Street East and 2nd Avenue South for a report of a man chasing another man with a knife.
Officers learned that the men had engaged in a verbal altercation that resulted in one of the men producing a knife and stabbing the other multiple times. The suspect was found in front of a nearby mall and arrested, while the victim was transported to hospital by Medavie Health Services West with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
