Nipawin RCMP say a 50-year-old man from Prince Albert died after the vehicle he was in collided with a moose on Highway #55 approximately 2 kilometres west of Smeaton.
RCMP, local fire and EMS responded on Monday around 10:30 p.m. The victim was declared deceased at the scene.
The woman driving the vehicle was transported to hospital with injuries described as non-life threatening while a second adult male passenger reported no injuries.
