During a recent interview Parker McCollum was asked, “What’s the most country thing you’ve ever done?”
He said, “I rode a horse bareback naked . . . You do it one time, that’s all you need to do. Because it ain’t that good . . . I was wearing crocs, too.”

Dolly Parton says she’s slowing down on songwriting and song creating for the moment because she can’t allow herself to get emotional in the wake of her husband Carl Dean’s death back in May.
