Lloydminster RCMP report that after tips received from Crime Stoppers, members of the detachment’s Crime Reduction Unit executed a search warrant at a property in that city as part of a drug trafficking investigation last Friday. From this search, 84 grams of cocaine, ten grams of meth, small amounts of psilocybin and MDMA, cannabis, 70 cartons of unstamped tobacco and a set of brass knuckles were seized.
Thirty-nine-year-old Amanda Pirnak-Hladchuk of Lloydminster is facing charges that include possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of cannabis with the intention to sell or distribute and possession of unstamped tobacco for the purpose of sale.
She was released on conditions and appears in Lloydminster Provincial Court September 15th.
