An investigation into an assault case from last March has led to a 14-year-old charged with assault. Police responded to 21st Street East and 1st Avenue South on March 13th around 11:00 a.m. to find a 64-year-old man suffering from minor injuries.  He was taken to hospital for treatment.

Three youths were reportedly seen harassing the victim who was sitting on a bench with one individual striking the man multiple times before all three youths fled the area.
