Once Canada Day has passed, Saskatoon Youth Soccer’s 18th summer of the Kids in the Park drop-in soccer program will start on Wednesday and run through August 21.
The program was developed to create soccer programming during the summer months free of charge in parks close to home for children of all ages. Upwards of 2,600 kids take part in the program each summer. The Kids in the Park drop-in soccer program will take place at 47 City of Saskatoon playground sites from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is free. To find out when and where the program visits your neighbourhood, check the Saskatoon Youth Soccer website at www.saskatoonyouthsoccer.ca/content/kids-in-the-park.
