A Regina driver has been arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
On Thursday at 10:00 p.m., officers observed a speeding vehicle in the area of Saskatchewan Drive and Broder Street. Police attempted a traffic stop, and while emergency lights were activated, the driver sped away.
A short time later, the vehicle was located near Saskatchewan Drive and Lorne Street after it had rear-ended another vehicle. One suspect was located inside the vehicle and was arrested without incident.
Now, 39-year-old Jesse Manulak is facing four charges and will appear in court on Thursday, July 17.
