The Saskatoon Police Service says human remains found last Wednesday outside of Saskatoon is now a homicide investigation and the victim is 31-year-old Chad Romanski of Saskatoon.

Human remains were located off of Highway 7 west of Saskatoon. The decision to treat the death as a homicide came in the wake of a forensic examination and investigation.

Anyone with information related to Chad Romanski or his recent whereabouts is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
