SaskTel is reporting a significant service outage in several northern communities caused by wildfires.  

Denare Beach was lost access to SaskTel Internet, Wireless, and Landline. Meanwhile, all SaskTel services are unavailable in La Ronge, Creighton, Deschambault Lake, Pelican Narrows, Jan Lake, and in all communities and areas directly North and Northeast of La Ronge. Crews have begun work to restore these services and will continue when it is safe to do so.  

 There is no estimated time of repair, but additional updates will be shared as the situation evolves. 

Services are still available in communities and areas Northwest of La Ronge.
