With wildfires in Saskatchewan’s north impacting Sum Theatre’s touring schedule, the crew has decided to put on a special performance of their Theatre in the Park production ‘Breathe’ in Saskatoon.
Sum Theatre hopes that evacuees that have traveled to Saskatoon from La Ronge, or any northern community, are able to bring their children to the show, scheduled for 7 p.m. in Rotary Park on Wednesday.
Breathe is about a fish looking for refuge on an island inhabited by a fire breathing dragon. The two must learn to cohabitate and do things they never thought were possible.
