On Friday night shortly before midnight Canora RCMP responded to a motorcycle rollover on Highway #49 in Preeceville.

The driver of the motorcycle was declared deceased by EMS at the scene. He has been identified as a 47-year-old man from the Preeceville area.

A female passenger on the motorcycle was assessed by EMS at the scene for injuries described as non-life-threatening.

Canora RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
