A 40-year-old Saskatoon man was arrested early this morning following a weapons call to Police.
At 5:00 a.m., Patrol officers were called to the 200 block of Charlebois Cresent. It was reported that a man was approached in his vehicle by another man who demanded a ride. When the driver refused, the suspect produced and pointed a firearm at him. The man fled the scene in his vehicle, uninjured.
Police found the suspect, believed to be under the influence of an intoxicant, walking in the 200 block of David Knight Crescent. He was taken into custody without incident and officers seized an imitation firearm and knife.
