Creamy Tortellini with Spinach
Ingredients
10 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cup baby spinach
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: pinch of nutmeg, red pepper flakes, extra cheese for topping

Instructions
Cook the Tortellini:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Cream Sauce:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add Spinach and Tortellini:
Stir in spinach and cook until just wilted.
Add cooked tortellini and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
Serve:
Plate warm with extra Parmesan or a sprinkle of chili flakes if desired.
