Saskatchewan’s Minister of the Crown Investments Corporation is off to Poland for the World Nuclear Supply Chain Conference.
Jeremy Harrison and his delegation hope to showcase the province’s abilities when it comes to enhancing energy security around the world. Not only is he attending, but he will be speaking at the conference, promoting Saskatchewan’s role in the expanding global outlook for nuclear energy.
The Saskatchewan crew will also explore collaboration through meetings with government officials, utility companies, energy suppliers, manufacturers and new industry entrants.
Harrison says, “With the world’s highest grade uranium deposits, a robust mining sector, world-class research institutions and suppliers, Saskatchewan has what the world needs to fuel a growing global nuclear reactor fleet today and for decades to come.
The mission takes place between May 18 and 22.
