The Saskatoon Police Service says officers responded to a weapons call in College Park around 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
The information they had received is that there was a person armed with a firearm outside of a home in the 90 block of Carlton Drive who then went inside the home.
Several people were arrested after officers surrounded the home and began calling out to those inside. A search warrant was executed and police seized two imitation firearms and a rifle.
Police also obtained video evidence that they say showed one of the people arrested was allegedly in possession of what was later deemed to be an imitation firearm.
As a result, a 23-year-old man was charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace and unauthorized carry of a concealed weapon, a 29-year-old man was charged with unlawful possession of ammunition and failure to comply with court-imposed conditions, and another 29-year-old man had outstanding warrants executed upon his arrest.
