La Ronge RCMP are asking for the public’s help with locating a young woman, who has far-reaching ties in Western Canada.
A Saskatchewan RCMP news release says the La Ronge detachment received a report last Friday that 24-year-old Natanis Merasty was missing and that she was last in contact with her family on May 5. The call for public assistance with locating Merasty comes after La Ronge RCMP followed up on information received and checked on the places she is known to visit. Natanis Merasty is described as 5’9″ inches tall, weighing 170 pounds with brown eyes, medium-length brown hair with multiple tattoos. Those include a cross on her forearm, a flower on the top of her right hand and letters on her fingers. She was last seen wearing black clothing and white shoes. Natanis Merasty is said to possibly be in Calgary or Leduc, Alberta, or Revelstoke, B-C, but police say her current whereabouts are unknown. Anyone who has seen Natanis Merasty or knows where she is, is asked to contact La Ronge RCMP or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
