Nearly 300 Saskatchewan Housing Corporation-owned units in three major cities are being renovated and repaired in the coming years.
The provincial government says an investment of $9.2 million in the 2025-26 budget will bring vacant units back into service and allow families to meet their housing needs.
Over $4 million will fund the repairs of 154 units at Prairie Place in Regina. Another $3.4 million will upgrade 44 units at Westview Place in Saskatoon, and $1.5 million will help replace major building components for 87 units at Bryant Place in Prince Albert.
