A man with serious injuries was located outside a business in the 3200 block of 2nd Avenue West around 11:50 on Sunday morning.

Through an initial investigation, officers learned the man was assaulted outside the building. The suspect fled the scene and is described as a six-foot-two man, approximately 210 pounds, wearing a green jacket and blue jeans.
