A young male suspected of stabbing another youth has turned himself in at the Creighton RCMP detachment.

On May 1 at 10:25 pm, Flin Flon RCMP received a report from the hospital that a 16-year-old Creighton boy had been admitted with multiple, serious stab wounds.

The preliminary investigation revealed that the victim and the 17-year-old suspect, who are known to each other, got into an argument at a home in Flin Flon, which subsequently led to a stabbing.

The suspect turned himself in on Tuesday. Flin Flon RCMP continue to investigate.
