April started off colder than normal, but rebounded to finish around long-term mean temperatures.
Meadow Lake was the warmest at 1.8 degrees above normal while Yorkton was on the other end at 0.4 degrees below normal.

April was drier than normal across most of Saskatchewan with the exceptions of Estevan and Swift Current. There was a significant snowfall later in the month in the Moosomin region in the southeast region, which caught Estevan on the southern edge.
