Weyburn RCMP say an 83-year-old man from Fillmore reported missing Monday night has been located deceased. Leslie “Bill” Bell had last been in touch with loved ones on Sunday. Police say based on preliminary investigation his death is not believed to be suspicious. Fillmore is about 55 kilometres northeast of Weyburn.
