The Prince Albert Police Service is again renewing its request for tips from the public in connection to the disappearance of Happy Charles.

Eight years ago, Happy Charles was last seen on video surveillance.  Since that time Prince Albert Police Service has released video surveillance to the public and investigated more than 120 tips.

Happy Charles has still not been located and is considered missing. She was last seen at 11:50 p.m. on April 3rd, 2017, at Prince Albert Collegiate Institute.

Happy was wearing white shoes, sweatpants, a long dark jacket over top of a leather jacket, a dark baseball cap, with a black backpack and a white plastic bag. She was also wearing dark framed glasses.

Happy is 5’1″ tall, approximately 115 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
