SASKATOON, February 12, 2025 – The Huskie Football Foundation is thrilled to announce
special guest Luke Willson, a Super Bowl champion and seasoned NFL veteran with eight years
in the league. Also recognized as the face of NFL Canada and lead analyst on TSN, Luke will
grace the green and white stage at the Staybridge Suites & Holiday Inn Express University
Dogs’ Breakfast XXIII on May 1, 2025, at Prairieland Park.
“It’s always exciting to announce our guest speakers, and this year is no exception,” said
Committee Chair, John Hyshka. “We’re keeping the Breakfast’s momentum strong, and who
better to join us than Luke Willson, a Super Bowl champion, NFL veteran, and one of the most
recognizable faces in Canadian football. His insights and experiences will make this year’s
event incredible, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome him to Saskatoon this May.”
The Huskie Football Foundation was created in 2001 to raise money for scholarships and
academic assistance for the University of Saskatchewan Huskie Football team. The foundation’s
main fundraising event is the Dogs’ Breakfast, one of the top football fundraisers in Canada.
Every year, net proceeds go to support the education and team enhancements of Huskie
Football Students.
