Although it will be a snowy event, at least the temperatures won’t be as frigid as last Saturday. It’s the Saskatoon Law Enforcement Torch Run Polar Plunge in support of Special Olympics Saskatchewan tomorrow (Sat) morning at 10. The plunge pool will be at the Cabela’s/Bass Pro Shop parking lot at Preston Crossing.
Along with other volunteers, Saskatoon Police Chief Cameron McBride has signed up for the polar plunge. Everyone is welcome to attend to watch and show your support, which helps out the over 1,200 Saskatchewan Special Olympic athletes.
