Friday at 4:33 p.m. the Saskatoon Fire Department responded to a house fire in the 100 block of Klassen Crescent.

Arriving firefighters could see smoke and flame coming from the rear of the home.

Fire crews confirmed there was no one inside the building and the fire was quickly brought under control. One of the occupants was treated for smoke inhalation.

A fire investigator is identifying the cause, origin and damage estimate.
