The Regina Police Service says charges have been laid against the driver of a vehicle involved in fatal collision with a pedestrian on September 30th. Emergency crews arrived at the intersection of Albert Street and 1st Avenue North around 1 that afternoon and found an injured male. He was taken to hospital by ambulance but succumbed to his injuries two days later. The driver has now been charged with failure to yield to a pedestrian at a walk signal, and failure to exit a left turn in the extreme left hand lane.
