At 7:35 p.m. Friday the Saskatoon Police Service issued an advisory that there was an increased police presence in the 1300 block of 8th Street East.

And Saturday SPS issued a news release saying a 20-year-old woman was found dead in a parking lot and the death was considered a homicide.
