Serious Incident Response Team investigates circumstances prior to fatal crash in Moose Jaw

The Moose Jaw Police Service says one person is dead and two others injured in a single vehicle accident shortly before midnight Thursday.

Police also say due to police involvement prior to the crash, the Saskatchewan Serious Incident Response Team has been notified. SIRT is investigating the circumstances around the injuries to the occupants of the vehicle.

The accident happened with the vehicle crashed and rolled in the 1300 block of Main Street North. One occupant of the vehicle suffered fatal injuries. Two others were taken to hospital where one remains with serious but non- life-threatening injuries while the other was released after being treated for minor injuries. Moose Jaw police continue to investigate the accident.
