Saskatoon is hosting an artist and music industry development event this week called Breakout West. It is considered the prime music industry event in Western Canada, and it’s organized by the Western Canadian Music Alliance.

The event is this Wednesday through Sunday and includes a five-day music conference and a three-night multi-genre music festival. The conference agenda includes sustainable touring, an international market deep dive and vocal health.

As well, there is a multi-genre line-up of over 50 of Western Canada’s best emerging and established artists at venues throughout Saskatoon. For more information on who is playing where, click on the link.
