Following the autopsy of a 22-year-old Prince Albert man, his death is being treated as a homicide.

On September 1st, just before 9:00am, Prince Albert Police responded to the 1200 Block of 28th Street East for the report of a man who was not conscious and not breathing.

Paramedics pronounced Darren Laviolette dead at the scene. The investigation continues.
