Saskatoon’s Annual Report from 2023 is now available to the public online.

According to the report, operating revenues of $1.13 billion and operating expenses of $988.6 million resulting in a net surplus of $146.1 million. There was also an 8.2% increase in overall Reserves from $278.2 million to $301.1 million.

The report details where the City’s money comes from, how it is allocated, services provided, major projects and initiatives the City is undertaking, and the environmental health of Saskatoon.

For the 16th consecutive year, Saskatoon received the Government Finance Officers Association Canadian Award for Financial Reporting for last year’s report. The 2023 Annual Report will be submitted to the GFOA for consideration.
