A Battleford woman is now $1 million richer, as she won the prize on the Lotto Max August 16 draw.
Jennifer Crain says she was in shock and started calling all of her family members, including her husband, who was at work at the time.
The Battleford local said her plan with the money is to wither buy a trailer and take a trip, or travel to Mexico and Vegas, as her husband has never been there.
She purchased the winning ticket from Battleford Petro Canada located 352 22nd St. in Battleford.
