Bourgault Industries, through its subsidiary, Highline Manufacturing, has pleaded guilty in Saskatoon Provincial Court to failing to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations to maintain the health, safety and welfare of workers, resulting in a serious injury. A news release from the Labour Relations and Workplace Safety Ministry says the Court imposed a fine of almost $46,500 and a surcharge of just under $19,000 for a total of $65,000. On June 22nd of 2022 in Vonda, a worker was seriously injured while flushing highly flammable solvent through an electrostatic paint gun.
