Six people were sent to hospital after an accident on Highway #11 Saturday south of Saskatoon.
RCMP say the report of a collision approximately four kilometres south of the city came in at approximately 2:05 p.m. on Saturday. A pick-up collided with the back of a second pick-up truck hauling a camping trailer.
The driver and three passengers in the truck hauling the trailer and driver and passenger of the other truck were all taken to hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
Twenty-two-year-old Farooz Fareed Ahmen Syed from Edmonton was in court on Monday charged with five counts, dangerous driving causing bodily harm
Saskatoon RCMP continue to investigate and are aksing members of the public who have dashcam footage of a black Dodge Ram with Alberta license plate CSN 7630 travelling northbound on Highway #11 around 2 p.m. on June 15 to contact police. They would also like to speak with anyone who stopped at the collision scene and has not yet talked to police.
