Three flavours of Mio energy drink mix are being recalled due to potential for consumption of unsafe levels of caffeine.

Tropical Passionfruit, Black Cherry, and Acai flavours are affected, and there has been one reported reaction which may have been associated with the consumption of these products.

Some of the side effects of consuming excess caffeine may include insomnia, irritability, headaches, and nervousness. If you think you became sick from consuming a recalled product, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency advises you to contact your healthcare provider.
