Estevan RCMP are investigating a fatal two-vehicle accident which happened north of Estevan last Saturday night between Highways 39 and 47. Officers responded around 11:30 that night along with the Estevan Fire Department and local EMS.

Police say a truck and semi collided. The man driving the truck was declared dead at the scene. His age and hometown aren’t being released as per the family’s wishes. The driver of the semi was airlifted by STARS to hospital with serious injuries and the passenger in the semi was taken to hospital by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation continues.
