A 24-year-old Ontario man is facing charges in connection to a drug trafficking investigation in Prince Albert. Officers with the Prince Albert Crime Reduction Team and the Saskatchewan Trafficking Response Team began the investigation early April, then on Tuesday the 24-year-old was arrested.
There was a search warrant at an East Hill home in Prince Albert and police report seizing a handgun with ammunition, about 97 grams of cocaine, almost $8500 in cash and further evidence of “high level” drug trafficking. Omar Isse is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, trafficking cocaine, possession of proceeds obtained by crime over $5,000 and several firearms offences.
