Saskatchewan has 12 ferries and one barge and the Cecil ferry east of Prince Albert can now be added to the open for the season list. Also open for the season are the Clarkboro, Estuary, Hague, Lancer, Lemsford, Paynton, St. Laurent and Wingard Ferries. The Fenton, Riverhurst, and Weldon Ferries remain closed as is the Wollaston Lake Barge.

The Highway Hotline says typically, the ferries operate from April to November, but operations depend on weather and whether the crossing is frozen. Click here for more details and the latest information.
