The CMT Music Awards were handed out last night in Austin, Texas.
Kelsea Ballerini did a great job as host and Jelly Roll dominated once again.
And Jelly almost didn’t make it, him, his wife and members of his cre were delayed getting to the show when there a malfunction forced his private jet to make an emergency landing.
Thankfully, after about an hour delay, they were able to take off and made it safely to the show.
Jelly took home three awards: Video of the Year, Male Video of the Year and CMT Performance of the Year from his smash hit “Need a Favor.”

One of the big highlights from the night was the Toby Keith tribute.
Brooks and Dunn sang “Shoulda Been a Cowboy” … Sammy Hagar sang “I Love This Bar” . . . and Lainey Wilson sang “How Do You Like Me Now?!”
And Roger Clemens ended it all with a red solo cup toast.

Reba McEntire was recently asked which version of “Jolene” she liked better . . . Beyoncé or Dolly’s.
She didn’t answer the question … she instead got right into her car.
