For the 12th consecutive year, the Saskatoon Police Service is being recognized as one of Saskatchewan’s top employers.

When determining which 30 organizations were among the top tier in Saskatchewan, their physical workplace, work atmosphere, benefits, time off, employee communications, performance management, training and skills development, and community involvement are all taken into account.

Top Employer contenders are analyzed in comparison to other Saskatchewan organizations in their field to determine which of them offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.

Other winners from this year include the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Nutrien, SaskTel, and Synergy Credit Union.
