The most recent report on respiratory illnesses in our province contained positive news.
The Saskatchewan Ministry of Health says no one died of COVID or influenza in the two weeks between February 25th and March 9th.
There were a total of 217 respiratory related patients admitted to hospital during that period, including 24 who went to the Intensive Care Unit. About one-third had COVID and the others were treated for influenza, RSV or other respiratory illnesses.
