A female youth from Regina will appear in court on Monday following several charges, including one for assaulting a Peace Officer.

Friday night at 9:23pm, police were dispatched to a business in the 4500 block of Gordon Road for a report of three youths causing a disturbance.

Police say they learned that one of the youths had discharged a fire extinguisher and assaulted three of the staff at the business. A 13-year-old girl was found and arrested; however, she was uncooperative and combative with police, resulting in the assault of an officer.
