Moose Jaw Police say one of the people wanted in connection to an incident involving forcible confinement has turned himself in. Forty-three-year-old Owen Kretsch first appeared in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Monday charged with one count each of extortion, forcible confinement and robbery.
Kretsch is one of six people believed involved where police say a victim was pulled out of their vehicle, taken into a nearby home at a local trailer court and threatened.
A search warrant executed late last week resulted in the arrest of 37-year-old Jeffery Stuart, 44-year-old Jeremy Fisher and 47-year-old Marnie Hayter who are all facing the same charges as Kretsch.
