The driver allegedly involved in a motor vehicle-pedestrian collision in Moose Jaw has been charged.
On Wednesday just before noon, a 17-year-old male teen was transported to hospital after a vehicle-pedestrian collision.
Members of the Moose Jaw Police Service responded to the collision near the intersection of Main Street North and Ross Street West.
When police arrived on the scene, they found a 17-year-old boy, who appeared to be struck by a vehicle.The victim was taken to hospital, examined, and later released with minor injuries.
As a result of the incident, the driver of the vehicle has been charged with one count of Failure to Yield to a Pedestrian at a Marked Crosswalk under the Traffic Safety Act.
