There was a fatal accident around 7:30 Saturday night in Yorkton. Officers from the Yorkton RCMP Detachment responded to a single vehicle accident at the intersection of Broadway Street and Agriculture Avenue. The driver, a 66-year-old man from Yorkton, was pronounced dead in hospital. He was the sole occupant in the vehicle. Yorkton RCMP, an RCMP collision reconstructionist and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service are investigating.
